Official Rules – Ultimate Long Beach Summer Giveaway

Giveaway Period

The Ultimate Long Beach Summer Giveaway begins on July 4, 2026 and ends on August 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. All eligible entries must be received before the giveaway closes.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Grand Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Long Beach Summer Giveaway, featuring products, gift cards, experiences, and services donated by our amazing Long Beach partners with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $2,000.

How to Enter

Option 1 – QR Code Entry (5 Entries)

Scan the official giveaway QR code and complete the entry form by providing:

  • First & Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

Submitting the completed form earns five (5) entries into the giveaway.

Option 2 – Instagram Giveaway Posts

During the giveaway period, Meadow and Bark will publish four (4) official giveaway posts, each featuring a different group of participating businesses. For each giveaway post, complete all of the following:

  • Follow @meadowandbark
  • Follow every partner account tagged in that giveaway post
  • Like the giveaway post
  • Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments
  • Share the post to your Instagram Story and tag @meadowandbark

Completing all of the above earns one (1) entry for that giveaway post.

Bonus Entries

Increase your chances of winning!

  • Tag More Friends: Earn one (1) additional entry for each additional friend tagged in a separate comment (maximum of 10 bonus entries per giveaway post).
  • Share to Your Story: Earn five (5) bonus entries by sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tagging @meadowandbark. If your Instagram account is private, please send a screenshot of your Story via direct message before the giveaway closes so your entry can be verified.
  • Share Your Love for Long Beach: Tell us your favorite thing about Long Beach in your comment for one (1) additional bonus entry.

Participants are encouraged to enter through the QR code and all four Instagram giveaway posts.

Winner Selection

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be held within seven (7) days following the close of the giveaway.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted by email, phone, and/or Instagram direct message. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the selected winner does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Pickup

The Grand Prize must be picked up in person at Meadow and Bark in Long Beach, New York. The prize will not be shipped or delivered. The winner must claim and pick up the prize within 30 days of notification unless other arrangements have been approved by Meadow and Bark. If the prize is not claimed within that time, an alternate winner may be selected. Some gift cards, services, and experiences may be subject to the individual participating business’s terms, availability, scheduling requirements, or expiration dates.

Verification

All entries are subject to verification. Instagram entries will be verified to ensure that all required accounts were followed and all entry requirements were completed at the time the winner is selected. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

Privacy

By entering through the QR code, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Meadow and Bark. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

General Conditions

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
  • Entries generated through automated means or fraudulent methods are void.
  • Meadow and Bark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the promotion.
  • The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Meadow and Bark reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants Meadow and Bark permission to use their first name, last initial, likeness, and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
